
Lunar New Year Kimchi Workshop
Haegeen is back at Jazzed to recreate Kimchi Day – as taught by her mom – on Lunar New Year!
During this workshop, Haegeen will share her family’s kimchi recipe – from salting to assembly.
We will cook Kimchi Day gathering food to enjoy with freshly made Baechoo kimchi, including pork belly new year soup with Jazzed on Grains noodles. And pan fried mochi for dessert.
