»Circolo is the newest member of the Italian group of restaurants counting Mangia, Bevi Bevi & Bar la Una, where I work myself. For me Circolo feels fresh and modern, yet the food is soothing, like your Tuscan nonna is cooking for you. They have a Josper charcoal grill that I’m very jealous of. They cook big chunky pieces of meat and whole fish in there – very delicious! It’s an ideal place to go for many setups, alone for a quick pasta in the bar, with a cute stranger or in a bigger group doing the whole shebang.«
