LINE-UP:
Yaqub (they/him):
Yaqub is a Copenhagen-based DJ, born in Somalia, who blends House, Afrohouse, Jersey Club, and Detroit Techno. Their sound creates a captivating atmosphere where rhythmic energy merges with inspiration from their African heritage and the futuristic pulse of the underground club scene. They’ve performed at venues like Den Anden Side, Bøssehuset, and Drift Radio.
¡HARTY!:
Isabella Hartig, aka ¡HARTY!, is one of Denmark’s most exciting DJ names, known for high-energy performances and an experimental sound that combines her Latin American roots with UK Garage, Afrohouse, and Jungle. She has played at several of Denmark’s biggest festivals and toured across Europe, performing alongside international artists at renowned festivals such as Reading Festival (UK), Leeds (UK), and Pukkelpop (BE). ¡HARTY! is currently working on developing her own original tracks and creating a live show that unites electronic music with live instruments.
Jay Jay:
Jay Jay, born and raised in Peckham, South London, is a DJ, event curator, and key figure in the UK’s Ballroom scene. He is known for his work as Overseer for the House of Revlon and his passion for creating safe spaces for QPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. Jay Jay has collaborated with artists like Honey Dijon and Years & Years and has performed at Fabric, The Royal Academy, Rinse FM, and Sydney Mardi Gras Bondi Beach Party. His sets mix House, Afrohouse, and Ballroom beats with appearances at iconic venues like Fabric, The Royal Academy, and Rinse FM.
Shali Bakari On Deckz:
Shali Bakari On Deckz – somewhere between Nairobi and Nørrebro, you’ll find a soundscape of groovy disco, soulful house, and warm afro tracks. With an ear for detail and a loving eye on the dance floor, Shali sets the mood.
This one will be felt in your body – and stay with you.
