Hi, I am Patrick. I’m a Copenhagen based chef, at the moment working at Silberbauers Bistro. Prior to that, I have worked in places like Mad Mad MadBodega, Bistrotheque in London, a short visit at The Clove Club, head chef at Bastards together with Mathias Silberbauer, and assistant head chef at Vesterbro Chinese Food.
