» After a long day at work and before going home, I'm often passing by Rouge. To get a glass of wine, have a talk with Birk or listen to some music. Occasionally, I’ll bring my own records for the turntable. Just simply love it. «

» This is more a bar, run by Morten and Birk, but you can actually make a 3-course meal out of their bar selection. It is close to work and our shop. I always start with 2 different oysters, then I usually have one of their premium seafood tins supplied by Grøndals, probably spicy sardines with some baguette. Then, for the prize, their crab toast to finish. Hit that 3-course and you'll be well off for a few drinks after. «

» Rouge Oysters is a local favorite of mine for oysters and wine. A safe bet for before and/or dinner somewhere else. It’s tiny but has a great vibe and always ends up as a late night. «

» By far my favorite local hangout. In the tiny bar, you will find natural wines, a broad selection of delicious oysters, interesting people and a turntable up for grabs (if you ask nicely). And what I feel is so special about this place is that the combination of all these elements most often makes one big happy family of strangers. «
