Lately, I have found myself disliking fine dining and all the fuzz about it. It's too much and often besides the point. But when recommending my favorite places to eat and drink in Copenhagen, there is no way of not mentioning noma. The three best eating experiences I have ever had have all been here. By far my favorite local hangout. In the tiny bar, you will find natural wines, a broad selection of delicious oysters, interesting people and a turntable up for grabs (if you ask nicely). And what I feel is so special about this place is that the combination of all these elements most often makes one big happy family of strangers.
