»Apotek 57 is a beautiful eatery situated inside an old apothecary, now designed store Frama. Italian chef Chiara Barla and her team have a small but well-curated selection of pastries, daily specials and seasonal dishes - all characterized by their simplicity and honesty. Yet the flavors and compositions are incredibly intentional and complex, highlighting and honoring each ingredient. We go there for the signature croissant with chocolate miso filling, and buckwheat galette with asparagus, kale and ramson flowers. That whipped ricotta and vanilla and honey roasted red grapes on toast were really amazing as well.«
