Apotek57 has recently become one of my favorite spots for breakfast and studying. I love the place’s ambience with its open kitchen space, and long tables. It is the perfect spot for people watching in Copenhagen.
After travelling in Japan, I was seeking a place in CPH, which could take me back. Jah's rather small sharing dishes in connection with the place's perfect informal vibe and interior, has a special place in my heart. And I truly feel like I'm back (at least for a while) in Japan.
