Great China
Favourite Chinese in Copenhagen right behind the Central Station. Bring a handful of friends and go all in on the meat, offal and oily fried fish instead of the dim sum. Remember to order some veggie sides to prevent a stroke and bring a couple of bottles of natural wines from your private collection to the table and ask to pay a corkage fee.
Collective Bakery
I have known and worked with the guys from The Coffee Collective for more than a decade. I have always admired their methodic approach to improve quality and sustainability and their insistence on why these can never be separated. It’s great to see how they a bringing that philosophy into bread baking and I am happy to have such a great competitor and colleague to Rondo in my own neighborhood!

I rarely leave Nørrebro, but going here could be a reason to do so. The place was a first mover and has become an institution among wine bars in Europe. It’s the one and only place to explore there world of Austrian wines alongside a second to none selection of Burgundy’s and Nebbiolo’s. Service is sharp but informal and the setting is the best in the city. Both in and out.
