Where I got properly introduced to natural wine and Austrian producers. A nice place to hang out with friends or pick up a great bottle of wine!

I went to culinary school in Paris, and went back to Oslo for a while during Covid and worked with wine. Then I stared my journey at noma!

Here I had the best dining experience in a very long time. Fantastic omakase, champagne and sake. The few seats around the counter where you see Mads work also makes this place special.
My favorite spot in the city! A chill vibe and a perfect place to sit down with a book or get some work done! I’ve eaten my way to the whole menu, but normally go for the sourdough buns with Gzik and a slice of cheesecake!
The atmosphere makes this place! Italian food done in a new way. Incredibly tasty dishes and great wines! The caviar pasta is a must!
It has a calm feeling to it even though they’re always busy. I’m addicted to the Brunsvinger, and the salt on their morning buns make them stand out!
