Copenhagen Coffee scene is strong and to me Prolog takes the lead. You'll always meet industry people sitting outside sipping their morning coffee before going to their restaurants for work. Good atmosphere and delicious coffee!
Pompette
A local Nørrebro spot with excellent wines and great atmosphere, both for weekends but also weekdays.
TATA Bar
TATA is located in Hotel Sanders, where I used to run the kitchen. Harry, Roy and the team are some of the best out there at their craft but also great, warm hosts. It feels like coming home when I occasionally go.
Maison
Simply because it's rock solid and service is on point.
Bottega Barlie
This spot has great food and great wines but what makes it special to me is the vibe. Especially outside on a summer night. Here I have had several memorable nights.
