If I want to splurge on carbs, Surt is the place to go. Their sourdough pizza is one of the best in town and so wholesome. They know which natural wine I like and their service never disappoints.
I can't imagine Copenhagen without this spot. Here everything I love comes together: great food, lovely people, warm music, and perfect natural wine. I even celebrated my birthday here. I always feel at ease and leave happy!

Their dishes are unpretentious and yet of high quality. They have a similar homey living room feeling, that I like to give to our guests. Plus, I just love their natural wine selection and the disco ball in the wine cellar. Also a perfect spot for a first date to melt any awkwardness, haha.
