» I tried it in 2020 when everybody just got Covid- 19. The restaurant was usually full but because of the circumstances, it wasn't at the time. The food was very simple, but it was extremely good. The way they served regular potato gave me the feeling that potato is the best thing in the world. In general, they gave all the regular food that I eat every day, a makeover that made the food top-notch. «

» There is so much hype about all the new pizza places from the big players where they serve sourdough pizzas for 125 kr. But this place - which, by the way, has been existing for 40 years now - serves the best pizza in my opinion. They use good tasty flour for the dough that also makes it crispy at the bottom. «

» It is my first pit stop every morning. I like their silky smooth coffee in the morning and they have a really good croissant. I'm totally addicted to this place. When I am abroad one of the things that I look forward to when I come home is to have their coffee. «

» The fish and chips is amazing. They just took it to another street food level. Their vinegar chips are the tastiest and crispiest that I have ever tasted. «

» I had a collaboration with noma last year where I was invited by the one and only René Redzepi. We were several restaurants that gathered for a charity event organized by noma. It was an adventure to see Tarik (the former sous-chef) and Mette Søborg working, they are truly dedicated. I have never been a guest at noma and have always wished to try their food. And suddenly I was in their kitchen and René was asking me the whole night "Have you tried this and this? Eat this and this" like he was reading my mind. The experience was like being in a dream and I will never forget that day. «
