I was born into the restaurant business because my dad has worked as a chef at his own places since I was a small kid. For the last seven years, I have worked with my own concepts.

Øens Have

My favorite local summer spot at Refshaleøen. They cultivate vegetables in their garden and work with the concept farm to fork. It is a beautiful experience.

Grønt Marked

A Farmers market. It's open every second Sunday. You can meet local farmers and buy their organic products.

Barabba

For me, the best place to go and eat italian food and drink amazing wines. You can really feel the individual personality of the staff and it brings a lot to the atmosphere. It feels like home.

Fars Dreng

A place where you can get great coffee and breakfast. It's a cozy place and I like to start my morning here with a yoghurt or a bun.
