I am one of the owners and manager at Bottega Estadio. I come from the film industry, but it was never really me. Then I started at Bottega Barlie, where I found out what I really wanted to do.

Tapa del Toro

A small tapas bar in Torvehallerne. I usually go here alone before work. Sitting in the bar and choosing from the desk what I am in the mood to taste. I always have some croquettes on the side.

Must be my favorite restaurant in CPH. It's just always right. Lovely french food and fantastic french wine and most of all the sweetest people working at Maison. I always start with some snails and oysters.

H Table

This is a great place my father in law recommended to me. I usually order Peking Duck and crispy beef.

Gavlen

I live just around the corner from Gavlen. Here is where I meet up with friends to get a beer or a negroni.

Bottega Barlie

This restaurant is in my heart. I miss working there, but I still visit Barlie all the time. Oliver made a too good wine list!!
