I run the place together with my good friend and partner Frede Madsen who is in charge of the kitchen. I have more than 10 years of experience from different Copenhagen restaurants. The last 5 years as assistant restaurant manager at restaurant Uformel. I have a big passion for low intervention wines and especially burgundy is close to my heart.

My second home for many years, to me this place was the most important part of my upbringing in the restaurant business. Martin and Frederik has my deepest respect and created one of the most iconic restaurants in Copenhagen. To me they formed not only my carrier but also the Copenhagen restaurant scene.

Best smørrebrød in Copenhagen! I used to work in the Formel B group, so besides amazing wines and smørrebrød, there is also familiar friendly faces!

Not a big surprise. But I love this place. Have been going there since they first opened up years ago. Amazing wines and always a good vibe. Plus I live practically next door, so for me a totally nabohood feeling!
