Kala Sung
ChefHi friends! I’m Kala, and I’m a curious eater who makes kimchi, with an appetite for the unknown. Food is my way of spreading smiles, and here are my fave go to’s who never fail to do so.
Slurp
Slurp is a second home. The fresh noodles laying in the shio with lemon thyme is not something Japanese, but Slurp’s unique interpretation of ramen. Go to Slurp for comfort food like no other.
Lille Blå
Lille Blå serves natural wine within eccentric blue walls. Come here to sip wine in one of the prettiest interiors Copenhagen has to offer.
La Tre Street Kitchen
La Tre is my go-to for street food. Their banh mi always hits the spot, made by solely two of the coolest chefs with the hardest work ethic. Go for their strong vegetarian options, like their tempeh rolls and oyster mushroom banh mi.
Arrebo
My cozy green neighbor Arrebo is always ready with smiles and female roasted organic coffee beans from Aarup.
Kōnā
Kōnā is the new kid on the block that makes me feel like back home in New York. Just sitting on the steps makes me feel like I’m on a stairs cocktail party. Come to Kōnā for Japanese inspired food with a Nordic touch.
