I co-founded Ancestrale, a wine bar and restaurant back in 2017 in Vesterbro. I choose for us to become organic certified as a restaurant, meaning 90-100% is organic, but always aiming for 100%. What else takes up my time? Natural wines, third wave coffee and fixed bikes.

An old-school way of service, with the perfect classic interior. Get the herring with curry salad (which is not a salad, but a mayonnaise dress) and a soft boiled egg.
