I started in this business 1995 and has been Owner of 5 different restaurants over time in Copenhagen. I also was co owner and started a coffee roaster business. Now I’m the owner of Cafè Wilder for more than 13 years since 2009. I’m at Wilder every day and do the administration and managing my good staff.
