Hi, I'm Daniel, mostly known as Olsen. I started bartending in 2011, did some years with Fernet Branca and later Carlsberg. Returned to the real part of the industry 3 years ago to start my own business.

As an old cocktail bartender, I've always love hanging out at Strøm. The staff is always super friendly and you'll find anything you might like between old classics and their own exciting creations. The space is really cosy decorated with Art Deco inspiration.

Palæ Bar

Probably the most classic Danish place you'll ever find. If you go for lunch, you still go to the bartender who will show you the way to the kitchen, where you pick out your own open sandwiches (smørrebrød). Awesome classic interior and always a good place for a good beer and a shot. And try their cocktail bar right next door as well, top of the Copenhagen cocktail scene.

An honest, old school danish "Værtshus". I usually enjoy their great classic danish lunch servings and refreshing beer. It's also a great place to pop in for a beer, a shot and a joke with the lovely owners Svenne & Signe - Love you guys. Classic and unpretentious.

Gorilla

The meat packing district (Kødbyen) is one of my favourite hang outs. Especially Gorilla. I usually always go for their seasonal pasta dish and tartar. Great atmosphere, cocktails and always a party with the great staff! Thanks Robin!
