Hi, I'm Cristina. Fermentation geek. Originally from Spain, I moved to CPH to take care of some really old balsamic vinegars. Now I am lucky to be part of an inspiring community in Nordhavn, where I have the freedom to experiment with new delicious products.
The first place we dined in CPH, has a special place in our hearts. The outgoing environment combined with good food makes it a great choice. I always go for the fish platter, never disappointing, my favorite drink, peach fuzz, and a dessert, they always have amazing desserts, not too sweet. My favorite one was the “pannacotta”.
Juno. Unfortunately, located near my workplace... I can't resist stopping by to get some of their amazing pastries from time to time. The cardamom bun or the almond croissant is a must. I love that they make different seasonal pastries There is always something new to try.
Cantina is their new spot in Nordhavn. Love the decoration and atmosphere, friendly staff, cocktails, and food. The shrimp cocktail, the spicy salsas, and the tacos are great. Never leave without one of their paletas.
Groent Market is an amazing food space. Not only the best spot to find amazing local products but also a place full of interesting people and exciting projects. I always get beautiful ingredients such as veggies, cheese, eggs, and pastries. It is a great place to find some good ferments.
Gorda is a place to enjoy with friends. It has an amazing vibe, delicious food and great drinks. I usually order all the starters to share. They make amazing arepas, ceviche, and the best flan.
