» It's placed in Guldbergsgade and run by two guys called Carl and Jarek that also own Shoppen and The Barking Dog in the neighborhood. Paloma is a great place to relax after a long working week by sipping some Vermouth, Mezcal, cocktails, and a nice beer selection. You normally see me there Saturday night with some friends after work to sip some Vermouth with a Mezcal on the side, and some small bites that they serve. «

GAARDEN & GADEN/ NØRREBRO

» Wine bar on Nørrebrogade that does brunch, small dishes, and oysters throughout the day and a menu in the evening. It is run by a guy called Thomas. Relaxed atmosphere and a great wine selection. I'm normally sitting there with friends in the late afternoons, enjoying some negronis or a glass of wine next to some oysters and small bites. «

DISPENSARY/ NØRREBRO

» It's a craft beer and whisky bar on Nørrebrogade and it's run by a lovely Irish fella called Leigh. This is my local house because my apartment is just around the corner. Great place for long drinking nights or just a couple of beers or a rare glass of Whiskey. You normally see me at the bar counter chatting to Leigh and talk about beers and whiskey with other friends in the industry. «

DET VIDE HUS/ INDRE BY

» This Coffee shop is located in the center of Copenhagen and is run by Claus Dahlgaard. Probably the best underground barista in Copenhagen. He does extremely delicious Flat whites, cookies, filter coffees, espresso shakes, and ice cream on sticks. Great place to hang out and do some computer work or just daydream. You normally see me there in the early mornings having a flat white with a cookie to start my day. «

RUFINO OSTERIA/ CHR. HAVN

» Small Italian run Trattoria place in Christianshavn. It is run by 3 Italians: Alessandro, Paulo, and Alberto. They are focusing on Roman-style pasta dishes with a little twist. Great "homey" atmosphere with a relaxed service style. You can just pass by and have a plate of pasta or go for the menu and let yourself be surprised by the boys. You see me there once a week for a plate of pasta and sipping some delicious Italian wines. «
