» After working with farmer direct produce in Sydney, I really missed that personal connection to my food when I first moved to Copenhagen. So I was over the moon when Grønt Marked started up and even more so when they started the second location in Nørrebro. I love having a good chat with a farmer and hear how all their chickens are - or - buying a head of lettuce with a bunch of dirt in the leaves cause it was picked this morning and washed quickly by a human, not machines, and rushed off to the markets to be sold. «
