I don't know how they manage to always have exactly what I need; natural wine or craft beer at midnight, milk and eggs on the way home from drinking all that, or a perfect warm empanada to snack on my delivery run. They also own a great bakery and one of my favourite bars across the street!

Run by the sweetest couple for 17 years, this is where my family always eats lunch. I always get the plaice with remoulade, just like when I came here as a kid. And maybe the smoked eel with scrambled eggs!
