They offer an amazing menu based on their house made sausages and other meat products, nice wines and beers on tap, and a great lineup of øko ingredients from vinegars through flours to all kinds of special and classic meat cuts. Wherever you look, you discover something that shows they care about the environment (from the upcycled merch to the hand towels). It’s spacious, they have a happy hour, and I’m crossing fingers for a nice lil’ terrace situation in the summer! «
