» Living in Copenhagen, we are used to cold weather, windy and dark days. When that happens, the place to feel energized again is Slurp. The Ramen feels like a warm hug, feels like home (no matter where you are from). Just makes everything better and happy. «

» Slurp is a second home. The fresh noodles laying in the shio with lemon thyme is not something Japanese, but Slurp’s unique interpretation of ramen. Go to Slurp for comfort food like no other. «

» Im a sucker for noodle soups and ramen is the king of ‘em all. Now Slurp is the king of all ramen shops in Copenhagen so I guess it would make no sense for me to go anywhere else. The cherry on top? The wonderful people who makes it all happen in slurp’s kitchen! Talk to them if you get the chance! «

» Miso ramen with a beer. Quick and so tasty! «

» I can't count how many happy bowls of Shio ramen I have been served at Slurp. Mostly I would go there with my friends on our days off. The place is always packed, but the wait is worth it if you have to queue. People who work there are super friendly. The flavors got a bit touch of a Nordic twist (which only makes sense since it is made right here in Copenhagen). The menu is short and on point to create the best ramen journey for everyone. «

» The head chef, Andrea Piras, is my best friend and he is one of the most dedicated and talented chefs I know. All the food at Slurp is beyond delicious, and the vibe is easy and fun. The Shio ramen and the Mazesoba are my favorites. The Mazesoba for me is a better version of an Italian “Tagliatelle al ragù” (Sorry Nonna). «
