Fu Hao

Colbjørnsensgade 15, vesterbro

Industry Recommendation:
» Fu Hao is the Cadillac of mouth-watering and unfussy Chinese dim sum. In a strange way, it's a home away from home for me. The food, decor, and service remind me of Chinatown in Manhattan. Fu Hao is the only dim sum spot worth a damn in Copenhagen. Try one of everything, it’s the dum sum way. «

Industry Recommendation:
» This restaurant always delivers a great range of Cantonese food. A childhood memory of mine was always convincing my parents to take me there. It was a long-awaited experience once I got to eat there! «

Industry Recommendation:
» Fu Hao, this Cantonese family restaurant, has existed for 25+ years and is run by Ying and Simon. It is just at my doorstep and I've been going there for almost 20 years with my family. Most of our kids’ birthdays have been celebrated there. I enjoy having their ribs, fried rice with pork, Sio Bao, an array of their dim sum, chicken feet, and a Tsing Tao to wash it down. «

» Undoubtedly the best dim sum in town, and you’ll always get the best and weirdest service there. «

Industry Recommendation:
» My partner in crime, Trung Tien Do, showed me this place as a chef student. He goes there with his family when they gather in Copenhagen and it was love at first sight for me. Their Dim Sum is so good and it's hard to pick a few dishes. But if you haven't tried chicken feet before, you really should do it here! «
