»The Japanese kitchen is without doubt one of my favourite cuisines. In the heart of Vesterbro you'll find Bento which is run by Hiroko Uki and her son Daisuke Uki. The food and the atmosphere is truly authentic and you really get the feeling that you’re dining at a restaurant in the heart of Tokyo. I always order gyoza and wash it down with Japanese beer or natural wine.«
