» If I were to go for a bottle of wine to go, some specialty beers or some epic hot sauces, I'd visit the super friendly and cool guy Russell at Pulp Wine in Valby. He has a great pallette, sources wine from all over the world and takes pride in choosing honest and well produced natural wines. He's a keen hot sauce lover and has quite a selection covering the whole Schoville-spectrum. «

» The favorite hangout for me and my family. I love the fact that they're open all day, so we can pop by for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The ambience is super cool and cozy, and the service is easy and down to earth. Being a dad to a small boy and having your own business doesn't allow for much going out, so we often end here on a Sunday morning for a slow breakfast. «

» After 2 years in Aarhus I moved back to Copenhagen, and lived in Nørrebro for half a year before moving back to my beloved Amager. In Nørrebro there wasn't a week where I didn't go to Brus for one of the great ToØl beers, a few bar snacks, their fermented fries and to hang out outside. Now and then I still go back here, just to reminisce the good old days before fatherhood ;) «
