Hi, I'm Nicola. I'm the chef/owner of restaurant Brace (/breis/), opened in 2017, located near the center of Copenhagen. I'm living in Denmark for almost 10 years now and I previously worked at Noma and Era Ora restaurant. I'm passionate about football, finance, and the gastronomy world.

He’s a master in the wine world, full of knowledge and always ready to share them with others people. He opened his own wine company and also 3 wine boutiques where you can have natural wines from all around the world coming from small producers with high ethics and values throughout the production. Here, you can find also an amazing selection of charcuteries and dishes to enjoy while drinking fantastic wines. «

» I had never tasted original, flavourful Mexican food before Rosio and her amazing team opened the taquerias and the restaurants here in Copenhagen. I’m crazy about their tacos combo and Paleta. Everything is crafted almost to perfection and the intensity of flavours they are able to put in place makes me addicted to their food. Not to mention the Tepache they serve, simply delicious! «

» I´m in love with pizzeria Surt because, in my opinion, Giuseppe Oliva and his team are making the best pizza in Copenhagen.
From the flavour of the dough to the hight quality ingredients they use and import from Sicily, to the amazing wine selection that they have created. Not to forget the wonderful and tasty starters that they also offer, using ingredients from small local farms. «

» When I can during my days off, I like to go to eat at Den Vandrette because they cook with hight quality products from small local farms and the combination of the ingredients that they offer, is always well balanced, full of creativity and taste.
