Hey! I'm Nate. I'm from Boston, but have been cooking at noma for the past 8 years, 4 of which have been spent as a sous chef helping to develop new dishes and menus in the test kitchen. Currently, I'm working my way towards going to graduate school. I believe it's impossible to choose a top 5 in Copenhagen as the city is spoilt with so much talent in the industry, but here's 5 of the many spots that I love to frequent.

» Such a cozy and fun spot. Owned by Rosforth & Rosforth, so you know the wine cellar is stunning. The food here is so approachable and delicious with Georgia as its' influential force. «
