I'm a former chef who decided to try new challenges. I've always had a big passion for wine and today I work as Wholesale Manager at Vinsupernaturel. With this job I can still stay in touch with all the restaurants in Copenhagen. During my time here I've learned a lot about natural wines and I'm still learning.

The Schnitzel is a must try! It’s been on the menu since day 1 (the garnish changes with the season). Oh, I almost forgot to mention the beverages! Barr has a great selection of beer and natural wines! «

Central Hotel & Café

» At the border of Vesterbro & Frederiksberg you find Central Hotel & Café. With only 1 room it is one of the smallest hotels in the world. The café is located at the ground floor where you can grab a cup of coffee outside, inside or on the go. It’s been my go-to coffee spot since I moved to this part of town. No bullshit - just nice people and damn good coffee. «

Bento

» The Japanese kitchen is without doubt one of my favourite cuisines. In the heart of Vesterbro you'll find Bento which is run by Hiroko Uki and her son Daisuke Uki. The food and the atmosphere is truly authentic and you really get the feeling that you’re dining at a restaurant in the heart of Tokyo. I always order gyoza and wash it down with Japanese beer or natural wine. «
