Hi, I’m Julian. Danish/American. I work as the co-head chef of La Banchina. La Banchina is dock house down by the water on Refshaleøen that has a heavy focus on Danish sustainable produce from vegetables to fish. I am educated in Denmark as a chef but have also lived 13 years in America.
