Hi, I am Johann, (most often called Joe) I moved to Cph back in 2011, and after working as a sommelier at few fantastic places i decided to do my own thing. I co-founded Ancestrale, a wine bar and restaurant back in 2017 in Vesterbro. I choose for us to become organic certified as a restaurant, meaning 90-100% is organic, but always aiming for 100%. What else takes up my time? Natural wines, third wave coffee and fixed bikes.
