Hi I'm Felix. I'm a Wine importer & consultant based in Copenhagen and Co-owner of Roots Vinbar/Vinbutik together with my partner Leonardo Camboni. After my studies in the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Italy, I had a full immersion into the Wine World. Here in Denmark I have worked as Sommelier in places such as Relæ and Brace, I strive to make people discover unknown grapes and lesser known wine areas!
