I like aroma basically, pretty much everything I do is in the pursuit of more aroma, now I like Salt,Fat, Acid & Heat as much as the next guy, but it is just not the same without a handful of volatile shit making your brain go pewpew.
Besides that I make stuff with and without alcohol, and if I think it's good enough I throw a label on it, and ask people to buy it.
