My background on the danish food scene started in Jylland on a nice down to earth restaurant in the heart of Vejle.
Afterwards I moved to Copenhagen to learn from a lot of different people and types of restaurant. I improved my bar and cocktails skills, and searched more knowledge about food and wine.
Now im the restaurant manager at a new restaurant on Vesterbrogade 149, called Holly. And every Monday I'm studying wine on dansk sommelier uddannelse.
