Social dining event at the harbour

At Copenhagen Cooking, we sit at long tables, share a wonderful food experience and cultivate presence. It all takes place in relaxed surroundings on the quay at Broens Gadekøkken. Hooked is responsible for this lovely summer dinner, where they offer a delicious starter consisting of salmon tartare with herbs, pickled onions, sour cream & crispy rye bread. Then they serve up their popular lobster roll in a butter-fried brioche with lobster, pepper mayo, chives & lemon, served with Hooked’s new Danish potatoes tossed in herb cream. Tickets are sold on a first-come-first-served basis and include a free glass of bubbles. Hooked is an informal fish restaurant that serves freshly caught fish and seafood made with good ingredients. They carefully select their ingredients so that they can be enjoyed with good sense of taste
