To celebrate the launch of our latest issue Food is Vice, we're teaming up with our friends at Gasoline Grill a one-night-only pop up. We will be serving up the Kicking Horse, an Oklahoma-style burger with 100% organic beef, cheddar, onions, seasoned tomato, and a horseradish aioli that kicks exactly the way it should. Swing by the Købmagergade location anytime from 16:00-19:00 to grab a copy of the new issue, where we explore food's shadier side: hallucinogenic honey, bacon-fueled excess, brothel dining rooms, and other deliciously questionable bites.
