We’re very happy to welcome back our friend Ernesto, who will be taking over the kitchen again for the second edition of
Porchetta Sandwiches POP-UP

Porchetta is an Italian specialty made with pork belly stuffed with aromatic herbs, rolled, tied, and slowly roasted until the skin becomes perfectly crispy and the meat tender and juicy.
Ernesto will serve it in his own recipe on fresh focaccia. Perfect for a hangover day 😉
