A night dedicated to Emilian gastronomy 🍷🔥 We’re bringing a piece of Emilia-Romagna straight to Copenhagen. On Wednesday, April 15th, our friends from Tra L'uss e l'assa (all the way from Parma) take over our kitchen for a special four-hands dinner — cooking side by side with our team. Masters of traditional Emilian cuisine, they’ll be crafting a menu inspired by quinto quarto (a traditional offal-based menu, at the heart of quinto quarto cuisine) and the non-waste philosophy — real flavors, deep roots, zero compromises. And because no great feast stands alone… we’re joined by one of our favorite wineries, Ca’ de Noci. The winemaker himself will be here, pouring and pairing every glass like it should be done. Good food, wild wines, loud laughs — just the way we like it. This is not just dinner. This is Rufino at 10. See you at the table.
