Sukiyaki is a traditional Japanese hotpot dish made with thinly sliced beef, tofu, vegetables and noodles simmered in a sweet and savoury sauce based on soy sauce, sugar and mirin. It is often prepared at the table and shared with others, making it a cosy and social dining experience. Minor variations in the dishes and programme may occur due to availability of ingredients from our suppliers and to offer the best possible experience on the day.
