Italian, Argentian, Japanese Pop-up

Join us for a pop-up hosted on May 24th & 25th, where we will present a menu shaped by a mixture of cultures, experiences and traditions. Drawing from experience cooking across three continents, Paride and Nacho’s menu at Silberbauers offers a fusion of Argentine, Italian and Japanese cuisines, highlighting the connections between culinary traditions while utilising seasonal Danish produce. 7 course menu (vegetarian menu on request) Reservation slots available between 18:00–21:00.
