As autumn battles winter, we turn to the forest, the open lands and the hunt. Join us for an evening with game and stories, when our dear friend Bjørn brings hoofed game to the table. Bjørn is a seasoned hunter, and regulates game from the far north of Scandinavia to the open fields not far from our city. We will join him creating side dishes befitting these magnificient animals. The wine bar will dig deep in the cellar and create a wine list from the archive .. Bjørn will serve different cuts from hoofed game, accompanied a variety side plates from our green universe and celebrated classics.
