For our next PDJ 🍽️ we are happy to welcome @xavilopezloz who will cook the Japanese inspired dish: Yaki Udon 🇯🇵 with hand made udon noodles 🍜 nduja🌶️ anchovies 🐟 tomatoes 🍅 & cheese🧀

Add on: focaccia with salted Chinese black beans.

We will be ready with a superb selection of wines and ciders by the glass and remember:
