Winemaker’s Dinner with Caaaaaaat!
On June 20, we’re thrilled to welcome Christophe Kaczmarek to Vinfar – the man behind the wild and wonderful Caaaaaaat Collection.

With roots in French wine and a passion for low-intervention winemaking, Christophe has been crafting bold, nerdy and expressive wines since 2019.

This evening, he’ll be pouring 7 standout wines while sharing stories from the cellar and vineyard – the wines, the makers, and the life behind the bottle. Each wine will be thoughtfully paired with 5 delicious servings from the Vinfar kitchen:

– Raw oyster w. gooseberry juice, salted cantaloupe melon & lovage
– Argentinian large deep-sea prawns w. tomato-basil consommé, pickled rosehip & pink peppercorn emulsion
– Charred broccolini w. miso/scallion emulsion, smoked almonds & nam jim vinaigrette
– Roasted lamb rump w. smoked eggplant purée, “ratatouille” compote & rosemary gastrique
– Vinfar’s homemade ice cream w. stewed strawberry sauce & tarragon oil
