Winemakers dinner with Alessandra Divella

Saturday the 18th of May we will host a small intimate dinner for 10 guests only.

We are super happy and proud to announce that we will have a Winemakers dinner with the one and only Alessandra Divella.

Located in Franciacorta in Lombardia, Alessandra uses the Metodo classico for her sparkling wines. She works with a very small production, all wines have long aging on the lees, and her sparkling wines are amongst the best we have ever had.

For this occation we will join forces with the incredible Atelier_EA who will cook a 5 course dinner created to pair with the wines.

We will taste the following wines:

NiNi Dosaggio Zero (2019)
Dady (2019)
Rosé de Saignee, Dosaggio Zero (2018)

Price pr person is 1495,- and includes a 5 course dinner by Atelier_EA and 8 wines presented by Alessandra.
