🍇 Wine Special #2 🍇

We are back with Wine Special, this Saturday 28th June from 14.00. This time we will be exploring Portuguese wines accompanied with a local dish made by our host Jens, aka @vinbanditten

Jens is a trained chef and an extensive wine lover! Who has been working in great places in Copenhagen such as Bar’Vin with our wine picker @moouch …Hanzō, Kanalen and freshly Michelin Star restaurant Udtryk.

Nowadays he just started his wine import company: Uva Import 🫴🏻 @uva_import exclusively selling wines from small wineries in Portugal!

After spending several months in Lisbon, he crafted his wine knowledge about Portuguese wines at Pinot bar. He also discovered Portuguese cuisine: comforting and simply good!

On this day, Jens will cook for you his Salada de Bacalhau e Grão: perfect dish for warmer days! ☀️

A selection of 4 wines from Douro and Lisbon region will be presented and served by the glass, as well as by the bottle for all you thirsty people!
