David grew up in a vibrant multicultural community in India, where the rich and aromatic flavors of Muslim cuisine became an essential part of his culinary inspiration. From samosas and kebabs to haleem, naan, and biryani, these dishes have shaped his love for bold, soulful cooking, and you get to try it!
This week, as Muslims around the world come together to celebrate Eid, we invite you to join us for a special feast—an ode to a community known for its warmth, generosity, and incredible flavors.
Eid Feast Menu
✨ Samosa Chaat – A crispy, spiced, and tangy start
✨ Dum Biryani – David’s all-time favorite, made with either halal lamb or a rich mix of mushrooms
✨ Smoked Aubergine Raita – A cooling, smoky complement
✨ Sheer Khurma or Kheer – A classic, indulgent Eid dessert
✨ Mango Lassi or Hibiscus Lemonade – Refreshing and vibrant
The bar will be open for those who’d like to add wine or beer to the experience.
