Ever since we started traveling to Tokyo, we began to visit Bunon – one of the most iconic wine bars in the natural wine world and dreamed about inviting them to Copenhagen.
@shigerunakaminato has been running restaurants since 1994, but opened Bunon back in 2008 and where the majority of the natural wine bars in Japan were serving European food, Bunon chose to serve a more traditional Japanese cuisine in the old town house located in Nishiazabu, Tokyo. A must visit at all dedicated natural wine drinkers itinerary going to Japan.
For three nights – 13/9-15/9 we have the pleasure of Shigeru-san joining us behind the counter and we will be serving one omakase menu with a mix of dishes from Bunon and Kappo Ando (but mostly from Bunon).
There will be special natural wine by glass and bottles and of course still some nihonshu as well.
The ticket for the menu will be paid in advance and beverages will be chosen on the day.
Unfortunately we can’t accomodate special diateries and restrictions.
Friday and Saturday consists of two seatings (17:30-20:00 & 20:15-23:00) and Sunday of just one seating (18:00-22:30).
